WE’RE HIRING — FAST-PACED FOLLOW UP / CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE
We are looking for someone who can HUSTLE.
This is NOT a sit-around-and-wait position. We need someone who can stay on top of calls, follow ups, technicians, customers, portals, and documentation ALL day long.
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering incoming calls professionally and confidently
• Making outbound follow-up calls to customers and technicians
• Providing updates and gathering information on open work orders
• Posting detailed and accurate notes into our system
• Updating customer portals with statuses, notes, and documentation
• Following up aggressively until issues are resolved
• Keeping organized records of every conversation and update
• Working closely with dispatchers, technicians, and management
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Someone who is organized and DETAIL ORIENTED
• Fast typer who can document while speaking on calls
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Must be proactive — not someone who waits to be told what to do
• Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and technicians all day
• Must be reliable, accountable, and able to handle pressure
