Position Details
- 30–35 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dental office experience
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and patient responsibilities
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Key Skills
- Ability to confidently present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination
- Ability to explain treatment recommendations and financial responsibilities clearly
- Strong follow-up skills for patients with pending or unscheduled treatment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team
- Experience with patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and case acceptance is a plus
