2nd Shift Call Center / Operations Coordinator
Pest Control Company – Hackensack, NJ
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2nd Shift)

We are a fast-growing pest control company looking for a smart, fast, and organized Call Center / Operations Coordinator to support our field technicians and keep our operation running at a high level.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and personality
• Creating, assigning, and tracking work orders and service tickets
• Coordinating with field technicians to make sure jobs are scheduled, routed, and completed correctly
• Following up on open jobs, customer issues, and technician questions without being micromanaged
• Managing and supporting people (customers and techs) while keeping your cool under pressure
• Using multiple computer systems at once, documenting everything clearly and accurately
Who You Are
• You can think on your own and make good decisions without constant supervision
• You are outgoing, professional, and easy to talk to on the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Computer savvy – you work quickly in web-based software, email, and spreadsheets
• You type at least 35 words per minute and can keep up with fast-paced call volume
• Experience in pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or any industry working with field technicians is a big plus
• You take responsibility seriously and want to be part of a high-performing team
