Weekend Shift Friday thru Sunday, 6am - 6pmÂ
POSITION DESCRIPTIONÂ
This position will oversee the preventative maintenance for all Mann Lake mechanical systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide preventative maintenance service on all mechanical equipment and systems.
- Ensure there is compliance and mechanical integrity.
- Maintain and track equipment service manuals and parts lists.
- Develop and update PM procedures of equipment.
- Perform dedicated tasks in support of maintenance daily operations.
- Plan work and solve problems.
- Manage spare part inventory and ordering parts.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role required.
- Experience in welding, fabricating, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs required.
- Valid driver’s license, required.
- A high level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge is required.
- Well organized and good attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Must be highly self-motivated with good safety habits.
- Ability to work regularly and dependably.
- Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSÂ Â
- Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including the telephone.Â
- This position is located in the warehouse and plant, with varying temperatures depending on the season.
- Mobility within the work facility.Â
- Use of hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; stoop, lay, bend or squat for long periods of time.
- Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs
