I became a nurse entrepreneur so that I can create a service that provides discrete, professionally coordinated life enhancing care to retired executives and professional families who value quality care and peace of mind.

I鈥檓 looking for an RN to fill the position of an Assistant Administrator, Care Manager, Trainer and Professional Development for Caregivers in my Home Care Giving Company

路 Overseeing the operations and service planning
路 Meeting families in the community, explaining our services and helping them onboard
路 Ensuring our compliance and adherence to policies and procedures
路 Offering client happiness and satisfaction to our team members and the families we serve
- Serving as encourager and a professional development specialist to help caregivers develop career ladders
