  • Demonstrate expert command of typography, including font selection, hierarchy, spacing, and readability.
  • Adapt visual languages across brands while maintaining aesthetic consistency, quality, and clear brand expression.
  • Own the artwork development process end-to-end—from initial layout to final print deliverables.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Design & Consumer Experience and the broader design team to deliver bold, differentiated results.
  • Bring passion, curiosity, and a commitment to continuously raising the creative and executional bar.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on artwork creation, packaging, and production-ready execution.
  • Exceptional skills in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals, with the ability to translate creative direction into beautifully refined artwork.
  • Proven experience managing complex artwork files, multiple variants, and high-volume execution with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong understanding of print and pre-print processes, including color management, file setup, technical constraints, and final production standards.
  • Deep sensitivity to brand identity and visual language, with the ability to adapt across diverse brand styles while maintaining high craft.
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality control, ensuring flawless execution across all deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at an expert level.
