Service Coordinator (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to ensuring efficient daily operations by coordinating service schedules, supporting technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service appointments and support clients and call center teams  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate  records, work orders, and customer information
  • Communicate effectively with clients  and internal departments to ensure timely service completion
  • Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding service issues
  • Respond professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/dispatch software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
