Bluu is seeking a full time Equipment Coordinator.
Location: Hackensack, NJÂ
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and enter data in POS application into ERP and CRM systemsÂ
- Communicate with business partners and customers to resolve incomplete application packages
- Maintain merchants’ records, invoices, service programs and profiles
- Check the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final/monthly bill
- Review and send out Equipmemt return/Insurance reminder/Fulfillment letters
- Perform other related duties as assigned and necessary for departmental operations
- Maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and sales representatives to ensure timely resolution of merchants’ POS system related needs and issues
- Prepare and submit various monthly report to manager
- Complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be a team-oriented individuals with willingness to learn and help merchants and team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to details, with consistent output and follow-throughÂ
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitaskÂ
