Groundskeeper

Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents. We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Groundskeeper to fill the following opening. 

The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing all grounds-keeping and other project work for Heath Village campus in a quality manner.

Groundskeeper duties but are not limited to;

Maintains grass, bushes, trees and other plantings in good condition as applicable to the season.

Keeps sidewalks, roadways, and parking areas free of seasonal debris, including snow, ice, and grass clippings/leaves

Provides cleaning of carports, moving services and other assigned jobs as directed

Groundskeeper skills and requirements:

Experience preferred

Available for on-call snow removal

FT Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
