Rehab Department Assistant


Department Assistant needed for fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation department within long-term care and sub-acute care facility. 

  • Responsible for organizing and performing all administrative & related support functions within the department. 
  • Responsible for providing non-technical assistance as appropriate, in order to facilitate efficiency of the treating clinicians.

Required experience/skills:

  • Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel, as well as ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously with patients, residents, fellow staff and others.
  • Possess skills of organizing and arranging priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, and handle interruptions.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
