Duties include but are not limited to:

• Places dishes in the dishwasher and runs through cycles, assuring proper washing and rinsing temperatures and recording those temperatures in a log. 
• Washes pots & pans and other applicable food containers manually and dries them thoroughly 
• Cleans hood, filters, fans, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, tray stands, and other equipment as directed 
• Performs general cleaning schedules as assigned
• Removes garbage from kitchen/dining areas and cleans holders and receptacles. 
• Cleans, mops, and sanitizes all kitchen floor areas. 
• Assists with incoming supplies, placing food and other items in appropriate storage areas
• Assists in the delivery and retrieving of tray and other food carts from all dining room areas

Per Diem

Shifts: 7am – 3pm or 4pm – 8pm

Weekend availability required
