Opportunity Overview
We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Success Coordinator. This role focuses on helping clients move smoothly from their initial vacation ideas to organized, confirmed arrangements while delivering dependable support throughout the process.
You will research options, coordinate requested services, manage important details, and maintain professional communication with clients. This opportunity is open to beginners, and previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Your Role
- Consult with clients to learn about their destination preferences, schedules, interests, budgets, and overall vacation expectations.
- Explore suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved supplier resources.
- Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized.
- Maintain regular client communication, provide updates, follow up on outstanding details, and assist with routine modifications or requests.
- Double-check reservation information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue building knowledge through supplier and destination education.
