Pay Range: $37,000 - $56,000, depending on experience
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Interacts with customers and co-workers to provide information to ensure the quality of our product is handled in a timely manner as well as handles/resolves customer issues.
What You'll Do

Use proprietary software to enter job specifications and/or job planning details

Requisition proper materials for specific jobs

Effectively communicate with Scheduling and/or Purchasing departments

Provide instructions for billing and shipping needs
-
Adheres to and promotes all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
-
Cover Customer Service Representatives while out of office.

All other duties as assigned
What You Bring
-
Ability to read a ruler down to 1/32 of an inch.

Proficient in basic math.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Ability to work cooperatively with others including team members and/or customers.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-
Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office products.
-
Willingness to progress into full-time Customer Service Representative.

High levels of attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Prior Customer Service experience with some basic printing/publishing knowledge preferred
-
Knowledge of Corporate SOX / Internal documentation as it relates to specific responsibilities preferred.
