Hagerstown - Hagerstown, MD 21746Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Nursing Professional & SupportStarting salary:  $150,000 depending on years of experience Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.   We are currently seeking a Full-time Regional Director of Nursing to support our team in Hagerstown, Maryland.  The Regional Director of Nursing (incarcerated) is responsible for directing the full nursing team in their roles as senior members of multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop, implement, evaluate, and supervise all nursing services and associated administrative and operational activities.  This person will communicate with team members individually, at team meetings and with written documentation and ensure that patient care orders are followed correctly and in compliance with federal, state, Centurion and facility rules, policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and statutes.  Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current, unrestricted and non-probationary registered nurse licensure status Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field required Master’s Degree in nursing or related field preferred Progressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience preferred Experience in examining operations, formulating, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures preferred Corrections, forensics or criminal justice experience preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Available shift:  Full time We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
