What You’ll Do Â
As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.Â
Clinical Responsibilities Include: Â
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.  Â
- Work in person at our Hagerstown, MD location.Â
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Â
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Â
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment Â
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness Â
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Â
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning Â
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate Â
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completionÂ
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely Â
What You Bring Â
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability. Â
Required Qualifications: Â
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment Â
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Â
- Active independent licensure:  Â
LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care Â
EMDR experience is highly preferred Â
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Â
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth Â
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults. Â

Compensation & Schedule Â
Salary Range:  The pay for this position is up to $105,000 annually Â
Incentive Compensation: Â
This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.Â
Total Compensation: Â
With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000–$105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement. Â
