Job Description
New Automated Flat Roofing Plant in Hagerstown, MD.
Join our shipping team and support the manufacturing plant. We build roofing products for our customers.
Easy location - just off 81.
Full Time hours and benefits Enrollment available after only 30 days!
Free uniforms and uniform laundry.
Clean, indoor workspace with small teams.
Key Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to safely operate a sit down forklift while maintaining a valid forklift certification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be comfortable working outside in the elements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with drivers to ensure the accuracy of the load as well as safety requirements for loading/unloading materials
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to think on your feet in identifying from the pick list where the material is located in the warehouse
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identifying what needs to be double stacked in the warehouse and on the truck
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to use a company computer and WMS systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Guide the truck drivers where they need to go in order to be safely loaded/unloaded
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or GED required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be legally authorization to work in U.S.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to pass a forklift certification class and test
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to read a pick list
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to work overtime as necessary, which could include weekends
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to pass a fit for duty Physical
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
