Demonstrates the knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. Responsible for administration of various rental subsidy programs (DMHAS, HUD, DCA, Section 8) including, but not limited to, file maintenance, building landlord relationships, providing tenant orientations, maintaining data on housing stock, monthly housing inspections and acting as liaison with tenant/landlord and Supportive Housing Connections. Provides housing and rental education to staff and consumers. Will provide in-person support services as needed and indicated by program contract commitments and needs. Assists with program development, implementation and evaluation. Annual Performance reporting for HUD contracts as required.
