What do you need to be a good candidate? Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred, have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently, provide a calm demeanor and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to clients and their pets.
In this position, you'll help coordinate our patient schedule while working with our techs and doctors. You'll communicate with our clients by phone, text messages, and email while using electronic medical record keeping and data entry. Best of all, you will meet great people while helping animals live longer, healthier lives.
CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out of the hospital, handling client invoices, processing payments, answering multiple phone lines, client education, relaying communications between doctors and clients, scheduling appointments for exams and various procedures. Our CSR team schedule includes some evening and Saturday rotation shifts.
