Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) Manager

Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)

$24.34 per hour

 

At The Arc Erie County NY, we believe employment is more than a job- it’s purpose, independence, and community connection.  We’re seeking a confident, hand-on leader to manage our Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) program in the Northtown's and guide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful vocational futures

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor Job Coaches/Transition Specialists
  • Oversee daily program operations and documentation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
  • Support participant transitions into employment pathways
  • Build community partnerships (internships, volunteer sites, business tours)
  • Step in to provide direct support when needed

  • Thrives supervising and developing staff
  • Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments
  • Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support
  • Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience
  • Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License
  • Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
