Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Player Club Representatives to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.

Hamburg Gaming, managed by Delaware North is at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, New York., near Buffalo. The property features 940 gaming machines on the main gaming floor and an outdoor gaming patio.

• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
• Update and enter member information into the database
• Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and giveaways
• Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in all customer interactions and records
• Utilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations 

• No experience or diploma required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and point-of-sale systems, preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds
