Crystal Springs Resort, home to two award-winning luxury spas in Northern New Jersey and recognized among the Top 100 Spas in America, is seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Hair Stylists to join our growing salon team.

We are looking for talented, passionate professionals who can provide a full range of salon services and create exceptional experiences for our guests. Ideal candidates are well-rounded stylists with strong technical skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Requirements:

Current New Jersey Cosmetology License
3+ years of experience preferred
Existing clientele is a plus
Experience with bridal styling
Proficient in color services, cutting, treatments, and blowouts
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
Flexible schedule required

Current Availability Needed:

Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Compensation:

Hourly rate + commission + tips
