We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our growing HVAC company in a full-time, entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.
This is a flexible, team-oriented role that supports our warehouse, field technicians, and operations team—and offers a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize, clean, and help maintaining the warehouseÂ
- Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobsÂ
- Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials safelyÂ
- Deliver materials to job sites throughout Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding areasÂ
- Assist with proper disposal of materials and job site cleanupÂ
- Support technicians, installers and supervisors with daily operational needsÂ
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
- Ability to safely operate company vehiclesÂ
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical workÂ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyÂ
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitudeÂ
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasksÂ
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction experienceÂ
