You have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of HR management experience, and thorough knowledge of policy, compliance, and employment law. You have exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy working independently and with a collaborative team.

Robson Forensic is looking for a Human Resources Director to plan, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of our HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. 


Duties / Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administer human resource programs including, but not limited to, benefits and leave; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts, manage disciplinary procedures, and support employee retention and morale. 
  • Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. 
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site) 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred; PHR. SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of human resource management experience with a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and adept with HRIS/talent management systems.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven success in prioritizing, delegating, meeting deadlines, and adapting to organizational and employee needs.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


You must have a clean background screen, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive.
