Job DetailsJob Location: Hamilton, OH 45014Salary Range: $26.75 - $28.75 HourlyJob Shift: Day2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 3PM- 11:30PM Pay: $26.75-$28.75 SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Technician is expected to be able to complete inspections, conduct quality PMs on various equipment as well as minor to moderate repair/breakdown maintenance. Most technicians are typically involved in forklift, battery and building maintenance. Basic maintenance experience is desired, and additional facility specific training will be given. Opportunities for growth within the department will be available for technicians who demonstrate an aptitude for more advanced levels of maintenance. Highly skilled candidates may also be considered for higher starting levels based on relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned): Building Maintenance: This will include working together with the department on various preventative maintenance tasks. Entry level techs will be trained on how to perform basic repairs to most components or systems within the building. Battery Maintenance: Learning and understanding the lithium-ion battery systems and how they integrate to OEM forklifts. Techs will be trained to troubleshoot and repair common problems which may occur from time to time. May be needed to repair or replace cables, connectors, & tips Forklift Maintenance: Forklift maintenance will require becoming familiar with the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems on various types of forklift equipment. Entry level techs will be trained to perform PMs and troubleshoot/repair problems which will occur over time. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have a good attitude and a willingness to be trained on facility specific equipment. Relevant industry experience preferred but not required. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of experience working on industrial refrigeration systems Attention to detail, organized, and strong troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, can work both independently and in a team environment Willing to help train and develop other technicians Must be able to pass requirements to wear a full-face respirator PREFERRED SKILLS & TRAINING: Experience with controls, PLCs, and electrical schematics RETA certifications (CARO, CIRO, CRST, CRES) Familiarity with JCI/Frick Control systems & JCI/Frick screw compressors Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency Familiarity with industry governing codes and standards such as IIAR, ASHRAE, PSM, RMP
