Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager - Hybrid Role

Ray Price Honda is looking for an experienced automotive professional who can contribute in both sales management and finance.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands the full deal: working the desk, structuring numbers, supporting the sales team, communicating with customers, and stepping into finance when needed.

We are looking for a candidate with experience, professionalism, good judgment, and a proven track record. The right candidate knows how to move deals forward, maintain deal quality and compliance, and still give the customer a professional buying experience.

What You Will Do

• Desk and structure retail and lease deals properly.
• Support the sales team with closing, payments, lender approvals, and deal flow.
• Step into the finance office when needed and handle paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers, salespeople, lenders, and management.
• Help keep deals moving whilemaintaininga professional customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven automotive sales management experience.
• Finance/F&I experience or strongfinanceknowledge.
• Ability to desk deals, structure payments, and understand lender decisions.
• Strong closing and communication skills.
• Understanding ofleasing, products, compliance, and paperwork flow.
• Professional appearance, good judgment, and a team-first approach.
