We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.   We offer Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance Company paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays Retirement plan with company match – up to 6% Company paid life insurance Mileage reimbursement A collaborative and mission driven culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Employee training and continued education opportunities What You'll Do As a Mental Health Technician, you will: Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients  Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures Implement individualized personal care plans for each client with a focus on individual goals and needs Observe and document client behaviors, mood changes and progress to the treatment team De-escalate and respond to crisis situations using approved intervention techniques Facilitate group activities and structured skill-building exercises to promote independence and coping strategies Work collaboratively with clinical staff, nurses, physicians and management staff to ensure continuity of care Follow all facility policies, safety procedures and confidentiality regulations to maintain compliance  Maintain clear and professional documentation of interactions, incidents and interventions  Duties and Responsibilities: Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients  Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures Implement individualized personal care plans for each client with a focus on individual goals and needs Observe and document client behaviors, mood changes and progress to the treatment team De-escalate and respond to crisis situations using approved intervention techniques Facilitate group activities and structured skill-building exercises to promote independence and coping strategies Work collaboratively with clinical staff, nurses, physicians and management staff to ensure continuity of care Follow all facility policies, safety procedures and confidentiality regulations to maintain compliance  Maintain clear and professional documentation of interactions, incidents and interventions Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required  Valid Driver's License and Insurable driving record Reliable transportation Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment or related field is preferred, but not required (on-the-job training provided) Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and adhere to confidentiality regulations Capable of strict adherence to policies and procedures  Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Competently communicates effectively verbally and in writing Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems Ability to pass background checks and drug screen as required by federal and state regulations  Community Health Alliance is a leading provider of behavioral health and human services, delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment across a comprehensive continuum of care.
