Benefits package includes:  Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays Retirement plan with company match – up to 6% Career ladder – opportunities for professional growth Company paid life insurance Employee training and continued education opportunities Mileage reimbursement Bonus/incentive program Job Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual counseling services using evidence-based practices Oversee daily intake and patient registration workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency Supervise and support intake/registration staff, including training and quality assurance Ensure timely and appropriate patient access to services, including triage and referrals Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate holistic patient care Monitor and improve intake processes to enhance patient experience and access Ensure compliance with organizational policies, licensing standards, and confidentiality requirements Participate in program development, performance improvement, and reporting activities   Qualifications Active, unrestricted LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure in the State of Ohio Demonstrated leadership capability with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing competing demands  Working knowledge of DSM and ASAM criteria with the ability to apply diagnostic frameworks in clinical decision-making Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Office Suite, Outlook, Teams) with strong digital communication and documentation skills Comfortable learning and efficiently navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems to support accurate and timely documentation Community Health Alliance is a leader providing the highest industry standards for health and human services.  Our agencies of Sojourner Recovery Services and TLC offer a complete continuum of mental health and substance use treatment services.  We equip our clients with the resources, services, and tools they need to achieve their goals and reach their highest personal potential.
