Hours for this role: Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm. Participates in care coordination activities with treatment team members. Utilizes a trauma-informed approach to client care. Ensures clients are engaged in daily programming and services. Monitors client self-administration of medication as needed. Communicates key information timely to treatment team members to aid in the determination of client progress and treatment intervention needs. Assists clients in crisis and secures appropriate clinical resources to aid in crisis situations. Maintains accurate, complete, concise and timely documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with agency policy and regulatory standards. Qualifications State of Ohio Chemical Dependent Counselor Assistant (CDC-A). Minimum of an Associates degree in social work, psychology or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior work experience or internship experience working in behavioral health preferably providing counseling services. Strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams. Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems.
