G&W Products is currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you! 

This is a first shift position located at our Fairfield, OH facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow job orders and blueprints accurately.
• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, punch, form, shape, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal.
• Utilize precision measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to verify specifications and inspect quality of finished products.
• Maintain and clean machinery before and after each shift to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust machine settings for speed, material feed, and path of the cut; ensure machines are properly set up and producing quality output.
• Test and modify machine speeds or actions according to product specifications using gauges and hand tools.
• Inspect assembled parts to confirm they meet all required specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Press Brake Operators Experience 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
