Paramedic (EMS) – Join a Critical Care Team

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Hamilton; Texas and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join their Emergency Medical Services team.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
  
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in the field
  
• Assess, stabilize, and transport patients safely
  
• Administer medications, IV therapy, airway management, cardiac monitoring as authorized
  
• Communicate critical patient information to dispatch and receiving facilities
  
• Complete accurate patient care documentation and reports
  
• Ensure ambulances, equipment, and supplies always remain response-ready
  
• Collaborate with hospital, fire, and law enforcement personnel to provide coordinate patient care

Qualifications

• Current Texas Paramedic or Licensed Paramedic certification
  
• Valid driver’s license & AHA CPR Certification
  
• 1+ year of EMS or emergency medical experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
