Overview

Community First Solutions is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team at the Colonial School in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, engaging, and enriching atmosphere where children can develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually through play and guided learning. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, team-oriented, and passionate about early childhood education.

 

Compensation: $14 per hour

Schedule: As needed, flexible!

Location: Colonial School- 855 Stahlheber Rd, Hamilton, OH 45013

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children or in an educational or childcare setting preferred

  • High school diploma plus 45 in-service hours in Early Childhood Development over a three-year period

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred

  • Caring, patient, and nurturing with a genuine love for working with children

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and families

  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a classroom environment

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training

  • Completion of 10 hours of approved Step Up To Quality training annually

  • Ability to follow ODJFS licensing rules and school guidelines

  • Child Development (CD) classes must be renewed every 3 years
