Essential Functions
- Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing maintenance data for migration from Mainsaver to Oracle.
- Support the maintenance team in validating migrated data, including equipment records, PM schedules, work orders, and spare parts.
- Help document new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to the Oracle system.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionality and data accuracy.
- Shadow maintenance technicians to understand current workflows and ensure accurate system alignment.
- Assist with cleanup of legacy data, including identifying duplicates, missing information, and outdated records.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the maintenance and reliability teams during the transition.
- Help train end users by preparing reference materials, quick guides, or job aids as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management and maintenance planning.
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
- Basic understanding of asset management, or CMMS concepts (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, planners, engineers, and IT personnel.

- Industrial/manufacturing setting with exposure to maintenance shops, equipment, and plant operations.
- Combination of office‑based computer work and on‑floor observation.
- Collaborative team environment with mentorship from maintenance and reliability professionals.
