ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for children and their families
- Create individualized treatment plans and BAISPs for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- LCSW, LSW license is preferred
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
