DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key operational and performance insights.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to answer business questions and support data-driven decisions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define reporting requirements, and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use data storytelling and visualization best practices to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries to extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform data profiling, validation, and quality checks to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with IT teams, data owners, and business users to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Evaluate existing dashboards and reports, recommending improvements to usability, performance, design, and analytical value.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting standards, business processes, and analytics practices.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support business intelligence best practices by developing reusable solutions, consistent metrics, and visualization standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help stakeholders interpret dashboards, metrics, and analytical findings so they can take informed action.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated experience using Tableau to develop interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and complex datasets.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working knowledge of data modeling and the relationships between source data, analytical datasets, and reporting solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes, and modern analytics architecture.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or SAP ASE/IQ.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working with large or complex data sets from multiple systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience supporting data governance, metric definitions, data quality, or reporting standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tableau Certified Data Analyst or similar certification.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Python or R for data analysis, data preparation, or automation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience developing dashboards or analytics solutions for operational, performance, or executive reporting.
