The position is part-time, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, located in Mechanicsburg.
Compensation for this role starts at $13.18 per hour, with additional benefits including dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and 60 hours of paid time off in the first year.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for applicants, although experience is helpful but not mandatory.

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Participation Aides assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.

Openings:

Mechanicsburg- Monday-Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm

Compensation: Part-time position starting pay is $13.54 per hour.

Benefits: Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and 60 hours of paid time off during the first year.

Requirements: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience is helpful but not required.
