Production Driver - Full Time

CPARC is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Production Driver to join our team at the Pollock Center for Industrial Training (PCIT). This position is responsible for transporting materials, supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining vehicles, and assisting with warehouse and loading dock activities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate truck/van for pick-up and delivery of materials.
• Load and unload materials at vendor locations and CPARC facilities.
• Complete and maintain required transportation and delivery documentation.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with loading dock operations, warehouse activities, and inventory movement.
• Operate a forklift.
• Support subcontract work and other production activities as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
• Assist with emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and comply with CPARC driving policies.
• Must be able to pass and maintain a DOT physical certification.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate an electric forklift.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, pulling loaded hand jacks, climbing ladders, and loading/unloading materials.
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and communication.
