Job Description
McDonald’s is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Person, you’ll help deliver great customer experiences by preparing food, taking orders, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Prepare and serve food quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Work as part of a team to ensure fast and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- No experience required — training provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and punctual
