DNI is looking for a qualified candidate for the Command Support Staff (CSS) role to provide support to the U.S. Air Force (USAF) at Langley AFB (Ryan Center) located in Hampton, VA.

• Support management and deconfliction of unit and leadership calendar events.

• Support management, processing, and dissemination of unit-level correspondence and policy letters.

• Administer unit records, advise, and assist CSS with administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements. Assist CSS on relevant guidelines, references, and procedures for records management administration.

• Administer squadron-level programs to include but not limited to task management, Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administration, Drug Demand Reduction program, health care program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, unit security program, unit deployment and readiness programs, as directed by the Government. Draft, edit, and maintain squadron authority and appointment letters.

• Assist in the management and processing of personnel evaluations and decorations.

• Support in- and out-processing of squadron personnel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Working knowledge of AOC-specific information and of the unit databases.

• Good communications skills and expert planning skills.

• Extensive experience with current telecommunications technologies (ie: Microsoft Office Tools such as SharePoint Portal Server) and ability to leverage current information technologies.

• Ability to efficiently transform management requirements into effective solutions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• This position requires US citizenship and current SECRET Security Clearance.
