About the Role:
The Old Salt at Lamie's Inn in Hampton, NH is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a beloved local landmark where your hard work directly contributes to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Sanitize and thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout guest rooms and common areas
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to management promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, lobbies, and public spaces
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards to ensure a top-quality guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
