Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping a community operating at its best. If you're the person everyone turns to when something needs repaired, improved, or handled correctly the first time, we want to hear from you.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee daily maintenance operations while ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, apartment turns, grounds and curb appeal, plumbing, electrical, drywall and appliance repairs, as well as training, directing, and motivating maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to work occasional holidays as needed
