Job DetailsJob Location: Bojangles Hampton #1090 - Hampton, VA 23666Position Type: Full TimeJob Title: Mobile Food Truck Leader Company: Bojangles Location: Mobile (various routes, events, and community locations) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary The Mobile Food Truck Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a Bojangles food truck, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food preparation, and efficient team performance. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mobile environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead food truck team members during daily operations Ensure all food is prepared and served according to Bojangles brand standards Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the truck at all times Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage product rotation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local food service regulations Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance Operational & Driving Duties Safely operate and transport the food truck to scheduled locations and events Plan and coordinate daily routes, schedules, and event logistics Conduct routine vehicle and equipment checks to ensure safe operation Communicate with management regarding performance, inventory, and staffing needs Qualifications Previous leadery or leadership experience in food service or retail preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and special events) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Work Environment Mobile, outdoor work setting with varying weather conditions High-energy, fast-paced service environment Frequent interaction with customers and team members Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly wage (based on experience) Performance incentives/bonuses (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement within Bojangles Why Join Us?
