Hiring Range $290,000.00 - $350,000.00
Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance.
Riverside Health is seeking aĀ Board-Certified/Board-EligibleĀ RheumatologistĀ to join a growing, well-establishedĀ rheumatology program serving the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. This position is predominantlyĀ outpatient-focused, with limited inpatient consultative responsibilities, and offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong system support.- Predominantly outpatientĀ rheumatology practice
- Limited inpatient consultative coverage
- Practice located inĀ Hampton, VAĀ with potential clinical presence inĀ Williamsburg, VA
- In-suite infusion centerĀ supporting comprehensive biologic and infusion therapy management
- Integrated care model with access to orthopedics, primary care, imaging, physical therapy, and infusion services
- Clinically excellent and committed to high-quality, evidence-based care
- Collegial, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Interested inĀ teaching and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Enjoys participation in the education ofĀ residents and learners
- Comfortable contributing to the growth and development of a maturingĀ rheumatology service line
- Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty alignment
- APP support structure
- On-site infusion services to streamline patient care and enhance continuity
- Emphasis on access, patient experience, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible inĀ Rheumatology
- Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
