DTF Virginia – Hampton, VA (In-Person)
DTF Virginia is hiring a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hampton, VA.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays composed under pressure, and understands the importance of accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
- Â $15.50/hour during trainingÂ
- Â Weekly payÂ
- Â 90-day probationary periodÂ
- Â Pay reviewed at 90 days based on performance and fitÂ
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via emailÂ
- Â Provide clear, accurate, and professional communicationÂ
- Â Guide customers with:Â
- Â Print sizing and garment measurementsÂ
- Â Artwork readiness for DTF printingÂ
- Â Product selection and expectationsÂ
- Â Review artwork for basic print readinessÂ
- Â Communicate with the production team using Outlook and TeamsÂ
- Â Ensure order accuracy before productionÂ
- Â Handle customer concerns professionally and calmlyÂ

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Â Must not be a current customer of DTF Virginia or closely associated with oneÂ
- Â Must be willing to sign confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreementsÂ
