Senior Customer Service Representative

DTF Virginia – Hampton, VA (In-Person)

DTF Virginia is hiring a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hampton, VA.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays composed under pressure, and understands the importance of accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday–Friday
 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay
  •  $15.50/hour during training 
  •  Weekly pay 
  •  90-day probationary period 
  •  Pay reviewed at 90 days based on performance and fit 
What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email 
  •  Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication 
  •  Guide customers with: 
    •  Print sizing and garment measurements 
    •  Artwork readiness for DTF printing 
    •  Product selection and expectations 
  •  Review artwork for basic print readiness 
  •  Communicate with the production team using Outlook and Teams 
  •  Ensure order accuracy before production 
  •  Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  •  High attention to detail 
  •  Professionalism and emotional maturity 
  •  Ability to accept feedback and follow direction 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
Technical Skills
  •  Microsoft Word 
  •  Microsoft Office (basic Excel/file handling) 
  •  Microsoft Outlook 
  •  Microsoft Teams 
  •  Basic Adobe Photoshop familiarity 
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Important Requirements
  •  Must be able to work in person in Hampton, VA 
  •  Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  •  Must not be a current customer of DTF Virginia or closely associated with one 
  •  Must be willing to sign confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements
