Location: Langley Air Force Base, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday during Fitness Center operating hours (no federal holidays)
Position Summary
Provides professional massage therapy services to authorized patrons of the Langley Sports and Fitness Center. Ensures safe, hygienic, and customer-focused services in accordance with Air Force and installation policies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide massage therapy services (30, 60, and 90-minute sessions; reflexology as applicable)
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments
Greet customers promptly, manage intake forms, and secure payment receipts
Maintain an accurate and operational appointment calendar
Set up, sanitize, and maintain massage equipment and work area
Maintain client records and ensure professional conduct at all times
Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling with Fitness Center staff
Comply with installation safety, security, and customer service standards
Required Qualifications
Current massage therapy certification
CPR and First Aid certification
Minimum one (1) year of massage therapy experience
Proof of professional liability insurance
Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
Ability to obtain base access and pass background screening
