This role involves preparing and serving food, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at various locations, events, and community gatherings. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve Bojangles menu items according to brand standards Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck at all times Assist with loading/unloading inventory and supplies Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Set up and break down the truck at event locations Support team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods Additional Duties (for Lead/Driver Role, if applicable) Safely drive and park the food truck at scheduled locations Coordinate daily route schedules and event logistics Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations Qualifications Previous food service or customer service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible availability (including weekends, evenings, and events) Valid driver’s license (required for driver/operator role) Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods Work Environment Outdoor and mobile setting (varies by location and weather) Fast-paced, high-energy environment during peak hours Frequent interaction with customers and community members Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)  Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement within Bojangles Why Join Us?
