Home Care Aide

Home Care Aide (CNA Required)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care services to clients throughout Franklin County. This position supports individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping and household tasks.
• Support independent living services based on individual client needs.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and professionally.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Travel to client homes throughout Franklin County.

Position Details

• Services are provided exclusively within Franklin County.
• Daily assignments and client locations may vary.
• Travel is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage varying daily assignments.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.

Previous home care experience preferred but not required
