Wood is currently expanding its team of engineers and experts in its Hampton, NJ location to support design engineering activities in the North American aftermarket business. This exciting role (Engineering Manager) comes with the opportunity for growth and being part of a team addressing technical and environmental challenges to repower the North American utility and industrial sector, using its in-house legacy OEM technology.

Serves as an in-house expert in mechanical engineering as it relates to the organization’s products and services. Primary responsibility is the management of a group of technical personnel.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills, work as part of a team and interact with clients. The preferred candidate will be office based in our New Jersey location.
