Riverside Medical Group is seeking aĀ full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP)Ā to join our compassionate and skilled team at theĀ Riverside Mental Health & Recovery CenterĀ in Hampton, Virginia.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of aĀ hospital-based outpatient programĀ focused on helping adults manage behavioral health and addiction challenges while reintegrating into their communities.

Youāll work alongside a team ofĀ psychiatrists, therapists, peer recovery specialists, and other professionals to deliver personalized care through:
- Inpatient Detoxification Services
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Outpatient Addiction Services
- Dual Diagnosis Services
š§©Ā Your Role Includes:
- Initial provider evaluations
- Comprehensive assessments
- Weekly medication management appointments
- Individual, family, and group therapy collaboration
- Participation in weekly treatment team meetings
- Relapse prevention planning with peer recovery specialists
šĀ Education & Credentials:
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Ā orĀ Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Must meet comprehensive and professional standards
- Current, validĀ Virginia medical licenseĀ or eligibility
- ValidĀ DEA controlled substance registration
