Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Labor Pool Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support our outpatient Mental Health and Addiction Services team at the Riverside Mental Health & Recovery Center in Hampton, Virginia.

This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for providers who are passionate about behavioral health and want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team offering a full continuum of care, including:

• Inpatient Detoxification Services
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Outpatient Addiction Services
• Dual Diagnosis Services

🧩 Your Role May Include:

• Initial provider evaluations
• Comprehensive assessments
• Medication management
• Collaboration with therapists and peer recovery specialists
• Participation in treatment planning and relapse prevention

🎓 Education & Credentials:

• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

✅ Requirements:

• Current, valid Virginia medical license or eligibility
• Valid DEA controlled substance registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, or Department of Health Professions
• Commitment to professional standards and compassionate care
